This week Mike Lichtwark is off to North America on his OE. So a great bon voyage to this brother. The OHagan’s 5k will certainly have to find another speedster to win their wine for the next year or so. Charles and I got to send him off with a great morning run over to Mt Eden (including a wee tilt at the MEC Hill Climb course) on Saturday. He will join Nick for a Half Marathon in Las Vegas in a fortnight, and hopefully he will continue to post and entertain us with his race exploits.
PS – Any word from Nick on how his Cannes Marathon went?

just heard that nick did 3.14 in the nice cannes marathon. not a pb but solid result none the less. he might have been saving himself for the vegas half!
